Qoralium Capital, S.R.L. (hereinafter, “Qoralium”, “we”) respects the privacy of people who visit qoralium.com and use our real estate crowdlending services. This policy describes what personal data we collect, for what purpose, on what legal basis, with whom we share it and what your rights are as a data subject.

2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (name and surname), contact data (email and optional phone), technical data (IP address, device type, browser) and site usage data (pages visited, time on site). We do not request financial data through the newsletter form.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you information about new investment opportunities, manage your newsletter subscription, respond to enquiries, comply with legal obligations (Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic) and improve the security and operation of the site.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent when subscribing to the newsletter, on the legitimate interest of maintaining the security of the site and on the fulfilment of applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your newsletter subscription is active and for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us. Data linked to legal obligations is kept for the periods established by Dominican law.
6. Recipients
We may share your data with providers of transactional email, web analytics and cloud storage services acting as data processors under contract. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers are located outside the Dominican Republic. In such cases, we adopt contractual safeguards to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that required by Law 172-13.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, objection and deletion by writing to privacy@qoralium.com. You may also file a claim with the competent authority in the Dominican Republic.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or destruction.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy. We will publish the current version on this page along with its update date.
